Great location, a quirky accommodation option for sure. Restaurant on site is really good with great pizzas, plenty of supermarkets close by for your self catering provisions. A great (different) alternative accommodation option and whilst I wouldn’t class it as good value for money and cheaper options are available, with me being a boat owner myself, I understand the costs incurred by the owners that are associated with berthing fees, electricity and cleaning/maintenance etc.

The apartment is in a great location — just 10–15 minutes from Pombia Safari Park, Lake Arona, and Rocca di Angera. Despite its proximity to these attractions, it’s situated in a quiet and peaceful area. Communication with the owner was smooth and friendly, and we truly appreciated their warm hospitality and willingness to help throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There’s also a lovely backyard, which our kids really enjoyed.

Very easy to check in. Nina explained everything using a translation app and was very straightforward. The bathroom was new with a strong shower and the Air conditioning in the room meant we had a good nights sleep. It is located next to a forest which was super for walking the 2 dogs. The breakfast was also pre-organised by Nina so we were quite independent and there was a good selection of bread, eggs, croissants and yogurt.
