The hotel had opened on the day i stayed! The staff were amazing and so accomodating. Staying in a brand new room felt fun and if there were any issues (just due to it being just opened), the staff were sure to sort them out immediately! I felt like the most special guest in the hotel and this was appreciated.

The decor is superb! The rooms are spacious and confortable. The staff looks so nicely after the guests. Great value for the price. Especially considering the lovely swimming pool and the huge delicious complimentary breakfast. The hotel also organises nice heritage walk tours to learn more about the history of Fort Cochin. The location is ideal too, within walking distance of most landmarks (Chinese fishing nets, beach, colonial houses, churches,…) and close to various shops and restaurants. In a nutshell: this is perfection! Do not miss this out if you plan to stay in Fort Cochin.

We loved our stay and I would come back here. The beds were super comfortable, absolutely no noise though the neighbourhood is bustling during the day. The breakfast was so big, could not finish it. And the WiFi in the rooms and restaurant was great if you need to do a bit of work. The property is an old historic building that's maintained by a very lovely husband wife duo. Because this is such an old building, it does have some mould in the rooms and paint is chipped here and there, but it feels rustic and lovely.

I just stayed one night but was overwhelmed with the hosts hospitality!! The rooms were clean and cozy and I was told that they restored the old building for the rooms which made the experience even better for me! Nothing more to add but love for those two!!!

Holiday Inn is just 5 km from the cosmopolitan city centre of Cochin. It houses 5 dining options, an outdoor pool and a gym. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the hotel.

This was my sevond stay at the hotel. The hotel itself is amazing. The nice smell in the whole hotel, specially entrance. All staff is very kind and helpful. Special I want to praise Andrew at the reception desk, and Asif, who made my room very clean. He was very nice and willing to help.

It was amazing clean property with lots of facilities. Very comfortable bed, AC in the room, possibility to inform stuff if you don’t want any visitors just with few click on the display. Very quite place and welcoming stuff!

Fabolous stay, great location for Fort Kochi. Lovely breakfast, very helpful staff, clean, idy and an oasis of calm to the outside. Very easy distance to everything Fort Kochi and also the water metro if you want to travel to the other parts of Kochi (R40 to the High Court Jetty on the metro or R6 on the local ferry). The Tuk-Tuk sightseeing is worth it and only R400 for 2 hours. Seafood at the Seagull was the best restaurant we tried while staying. We had a Superior Double up the spiral staircase and it was very nice and authentic. We’re in our 50’s and like to travel independently in less mainstream hotels. This fitted the bill perfectly; the pool is small but a very welcome dip to cool off from the very hot weather.

Very nice host and really clean. The host can arrange a tuktuk driver that shows you around town for not a lot of money. Very high value for money, would definetely recommend.
