Me and my wife had an amazing time at this fabulous hotel with our grandson. The accommodation is perfect, food is the best hotel food we have tasted and the service that Panagiotis, Andreas and other member of the staff gave was superb, no matter what we asked they solved everything super fast with friendliness and a smile. The hotel manager Mr Konstantinos has a great crew that will make any visitor very happy with the visit. This is a hotel which we will surely visit again.

Experience to remember! Staff was absolutely amazing .. so friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again to this hotel in future. Locality is super, every meal was delicious. Decided to have a 8 course menu with wine pairing and absolutely loved it. If you want to explore around , locality is also very good and you are just few steps away from more places to eat.

Second time at the Bitzaro, same fantastic experienxnce !! The people working there are so friendly, they do everything to make your vacation better !! The rooms are clean, the food is good, the all-in has enough choices... If you want to have a good hotel experience at Zakynthos, don't hesitate and go there !! Good job !! The experience was honestly amazing, from the start. We had a very early flight and they managed to get us all checked-in by 10:30. The staff was very customary and very nice all the time. All the requests we had, they fulfilled them very fast. The food at the restaurant was very, very tasty. All in all, we are already thinking of when we can come back!
