The hotel was right at the base of the ancient castle, and walking distance to the port, all the museums and churches, and also shops and restaurants. Our room was large, with an outdoor patio on the square, perfect for private refreshments and people watching. We had a large jacuzzi tub, comfortable bed. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of breads,fruits, meat, yogurt, fresh orange juice, eggs and Greek specialties. Anastasia, our host, was so kind and helpful. We were present for the 200th anniversary of their town’s liberation and enjoyed the festival and race day. We had a magical stay in Nafplio.

A beautifully renovated house in a wonderful location at the heart of Nafplio's old city, with everything one can possibly wish for while vacationing with friends and family - from the fully equipped dream kitchen , the excellent temperature control system that the host activated before we arrived (very late in a cold and rainy night), to the towel warmers in the shower rooms, and the fully functional hot tub in the garden. We truly enjoyed the stay, hospitality and facilities, and are hoping to stay again someday soon :)
