Everything. The best part was actually the staff. They were really attentive, responsive and went out of their way to assist in any way possible. The facilities are why people book here. The sauna is great in the cold weather, and the hot tub is made ready for whenever you like. The cabin itself was relaxing and had everything we required for the few nights we were there. Again, thanks to the owners and their family for everything.

The place and ambience was extremely good. The owner's daughter was handling the management of the cottage. She was extremely kind and tried to accommodate all the help and amenities we required. What an amazing stay! The room is big, the bed very comfortable & the shower lovely & hot. There is a great veranda outside where you can sit & enjoy the amazing views of Mount Kazbegi. The village is small so it is very easy to walk around. Katuna, the host, is wonderful. She is kind, friendly & went out of her way to make sure we were happy & comfortable. We booked for 1 night, but stayed 3 & had dinner each night. The food Katuna cooked was delicious, she is an amazing cook. We can't recommend Kazbegi Palace highly enough - it is really wonderful.
