Staff were so helpful and friendly . I was able to change my clothes in the spa changing rooms prior to being able to check in so I could go for a bike ride . The brasserie staff were also very friendly and helpful. Lovely room, clean and well furnished. as was the entire hotel .

The property is located in a quiet residential area as a small annex to the side of their house. Free parking (which is expensive in most other places), comfy bed, good quality furnishings, lovely little touches such as a microwave, pod coffee machine which we didnt use as we ate out, and a much thanked for fridge to chill drinks in. We booked this last minute after being let down through another listing on Booking.com. This beautifully restored barn had everything and was extremely well equipped. Close to Yarmouth which is a lovely coastal town. Rooms were spacious and access to an outdoor jacazzi went down well with the kids. Hosts were friendly and on hand to assist with any questions or issues.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was spotless with beautiful decor. The owners were so friendly and helpful, giving us loads of great recommendations for places to eat and visit. Our kids loved feeding the fish, helping with the chickens, and collecting fresh eggs. It was great that the property was enclosed, so the kids could enjoy the grounds safely without us worrying about them wandering off. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a busy day out. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
