From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Daniel the charming manager welcomed us with a warm smile, delicious cocktails and took us on a tour of this amazing hotel, telling us all about its fascinating history. He suggested what to see and do in Majorca, how to get there and even offered to book the transport for us. The hotel interior is very beautiful and spotless throughout. We chose the deluxe room with spa access and our majestic, beautifully appointed room with its high ceilings and large windows that opened onto a narrow, ancient laneway was just beautiful. The large bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept like babies. The bathroom was equally as well appointed. The spa is divine! One of the best small hotel spa’s we’ve ever had. It is quite long and surrounded by ancient stone, with perfect lighting that made for a very relaxing time. It was too cold to enjoy the small rooftop pool but it looked very nice. The refined restaurant food was very good without being pretentious. The charming staff were personable but professional, and we really enjoyed the pianist. The inclusive breakfast was one the best we’ve had, with lots of great food and drink choices from an a la carte menu and not just the buffet. The hotel is very well located on a quiet ancient laneway, with most sites and loads of great restaurants and cafes in easy walking distance. We couldn’t recommend the Hotel Gloria de Sant Jaume and all it has to offer more highly. A big thanks to Daniel and all the staff for a perfect stay!

We’ve spent such a wonderful time in this hotel. I need to say that people who work there create great, respectful atmosphere. „Gracias” to the whole crew - the reception, the waiters, the managers, the cooks, the cleaning ladies and everyone who contributes to create this place. We got upgraded so our room was even better than we expected. Hotel is so clean and smells luxuriously (awesome cosmetics!), breakfasts were fresh and nicely served, with local products to try. The terrace is beautiful, the view is spectacular. The spa area is probably a bit crowded when there are more guests in the hotel but it was completely fine when we were there few days ago. Once again - a huuuge „thank you” to all of you guys there!

The location is perfect. Just opposite of the town hall, at the edge of a pedestrian zone, so easily accessible with a cab. Check-in as well as check-out were very efficient. The room was very comfy with a huge bathroom. The hotel café invites to have an aperitif or nightcap with very good drinks. Most sightseeing spots can be reached with a few minutes walk from the hotel.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - particularly Theresa and Ines. The room was very large and very comfortable. The hotel was located in a quiet area within walking distance of old town Palma. Breakfast was bespoke and lovely on the roof terrace with spectacular water views.
