It's a very relaxed hostal a bit outside the Medellin center (metro Poblado + five minutes taxi). The service is good and you have breakfast at the rooftop next to the jacuzzi :-).

It's a very cool, clean and stylish hotel with really rooms and suites, individual rainfall style showers and beautiful views of the city. Located in a great neighbourhood (Manila) close to numerous eateries and shops. The staff were exceptional. Friendly, professional and helpful. Shout out to Daniel and the rest of the front desk crew for super easy check-in and check-out and arranging for transportation. There is free self-serve laundry in the basement, which was a huge plus. The rooftop pool and restaurant are also quite spectacular! Staff up there are also solid. English was spoken by most staff as well. The showers and bathrooms were the best we've had in Colombia. The two-storey suites (with 2 full bathrooms and balcony) are a great layout and reasonably priced. The fresh drinking water feature is also very cool. It's a fancy hotel with a relaxed vibe in a great part of Medellin and surrounded by great restaurant options. Loved it all and we would stay here again.

Great room, kitchenette had lots of equipment, great staff, fantastic gym. Didn’t use the pool. Rooms had everything you need. Mall with great supermarket and restaurants a few minutes away. More Bars and restaurants walkable distance but uphill on way back. Highly recommend

from the moment I arrived in reception, I was made to feel like a King! The gentleman checking me in was called Alex, and it was like having a personal concierge for my whole stay. He was very professional, but with such a happy demeanour to go with it. Great hospitality skill set. The spa is incredible, the view, the gym and the facilities.

I had an amazing stay at this place! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The rooms are very nice and clean and the jacuzzi bath was fantastic. The rooftop area is a very nice place to spend time and the location is pretty good. The laundry service was excellent, both in terms of time and value for money.

Room was so comfortable, with big spaces for working and get chill, the rooftop is a special place, perfect for diner, a cocktail or just get relaxed at the Jacuzzi!

Nice clean and well presented room with clean and private bathroom. The upstairs open air area was a really relaxing nice space to hangout. And they also let us keep using the common areas well after checkout as had a late night bus to catch. Location felt safe with excellent 24hour supermarket really close by too. Breakfast and coffee was a great touch too. Fully stocked kitchen if needed as well. Would definitely stay again !

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was incredible and there was so much choice. A la carte. I loved the rooftop jacuzzi and sunbathing area. The decor is stunning and the phone that controls everything in the room and books taxis... Spa ...room service is amazing

The staff was superfriendly, they helped us out multiple times with tours or when we needed information. The rooftop with jacuzzi was amazing, the restaurant was really good, the room was very clean and beautiful. The spa is in the basement so you can go down with your bathrobe and have a shower in your room afterwards. My boyfriend proposed to me in Medellin and they helped him out with the communication with the restaurant. Thank you so much guys! :)
