All of the staff there were lovely and helpful, Joye has perfect English skills, helped us settled many communication problems during my travel even we left Lijiang. The room was comfortable and had authentic ancient ambient, there are two lovely dogs, everything there made our experience incredible.

Especially Xiao He, he has been very helpful to assist with our request in arrange for our private van, he is very informative to make sure we can enjoy the most with the stay. The experience of this stay was really great! We were very satisfied with the hotel's service from check-in to check-out. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, especially the design of the bathroom is very user-friendly. The hotel's location is also very advantageous, with convenient transportation and numerous surrounding attractions. It was also very enjoyable to dine at the restaurant near the hotel in the evening, with a variety of delicious dishes. Next time I come to Lijiang, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again

Such a beautiful hotel. The scenery is amazing from every angle. The restaurants and bakery on site were excellent - we were there to celebrate my daughter's birthday and they were able to arrange a cake with candles at very short notice and even delivered a complimentary cake to our room later in the evening! Breakfast buffet had a great spread of western and Asian foods. The kids enjoyed the petting zoo and animal feeding and complimentary hotel activities such as tie dyeing. Overall, an amazing stay.

Best service I have experienced. The staff was extremely helpful, they arranged a smooth pickup from the airport for me. As I was leaving early in the morning for a tour, a breakfast package was prepared for me in advance. Ms. Julia even helped me fix an issue with my SIM card by calling the operator. Since I wanted to practice my Chinese, they spoke the language with me patiently the whole time. The location is great and I loved the traditional wooden building, which made the experience even more authentic. 100% recommended.
