This hotel is the best valued for money hotel in Interlaken. The reception staff were so helpful and cheerful during check in. Our apartment room (which is mountain view) is spacious and has 180 degrees of the mountain and the city. We dined at the restaurant twice and the staff were so good and the food was five stars. Breakfast was also good with good selection range.

I've stayed in hotels across nearly 40 countries, and this one easily ranks in my top three. While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable.
