Kudos to Dario at the reception who made the checkin easy and gave a lot of info, goof food, reasonable prices, try the fruit bowl! You’ll see what i say after you order it, two jaccuzies, hot and cold, and a nice view to crash after long walk to Cabo Juan

Offering views of the Sierra, Mundo Nuevo ECO LODGE (2.2 km and 400 meters uphill Minca) is set in an organic farm with a vegetarian restaurant (one menu) with mainly dishes with fruits and vegetable from the farm. The shared space was amazing, the pool was one of the most beautiful locations. Also the food from the chefs was phenomenal, we were very happy. Also being able to do the waterfalls straight from the hotel was so ideal and could avoid organising motor taxis

A not to be missed highlight is the early morning hike to the Mirador- it's stunning! The trail to get here can be demanding but Sebastian or Jose will help you and it will be worth your effort.

Guests at the inn will be able to enjoy activities in and around Santa Marta, like hiking. We loved our stay here and would very much hope to come back in the future! Having explored other parts of parque Tayrona this was by far our favourite beach. The relaxed atmosphere and friendly small businesses on the beach make you feel at home and although busy during the day it never felt crowded. Around 3pm the day visitors begin to leave and there is hardly anyone on the beach for the last couple of hours, which is amazing. The Mirador itself has stunning views and Naydu was a great host who made us feel very welcome along with the other staff. Would very much recommend staying here for a relaxed beach escape.

At the accommodation rooms come with a seating area. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. There was warm water at least in the morning. (I was surprised as other comments mentioned that there is not). The staff was very nice. We got great suggestions for what to do. The breakfast is good, a nice portion of fruits, eggs (with many options, toast bread and butter. Honey and Marmelade are occasionally also possible. They sell local honey which was very tasty.

All units will provide guests with a fridge. Really nice family, who helped even though I had poor Spanish.
