Extremely friendly staff, especially Peter, the owner who is a really nice guy to know! Breakfast included is nice and a good way to start the day, ample hot water in the shower, and the room was comfortable and well appointed. It is also a couple of minutes walk down to the beach at Station 3. I would heartily recommend this place.

Great location just a short walk to the beach. When we arrived we discovered that our rooms was on the 4th floor, and as we had a senior citizen and person with disability with us, it was difficult for them to climb and descend the stairs, however the owner showed care and assisted us in switching one of our rooms to a room on the ground floor.

Situated in Boracay, a few steps from White Beach Station 3, Signature Boracay formerly La Banca House offers beachfront accommodation and various facilities, such as a shared lounge.

The staff here is amazing, they really do take that extra step to make you feel at home! They decorated my room for my birthday, the sweetest people work here I swear. As a solo traveler it made me so happy to be so warm welcomed. Stayed longer at the hotel because it felt like home.
