Fantastic staff. Welcoming and very helpful. The location was ideal. Not too far from the station and right near the sensoji temple. We loved this area and the nearby shops and restaurants. It wasn't too bust but still had a great atmosphere so a great first place to arrive in Tokyo! The room wasn't huge but big enough for a couple with 2 suitcases (just).

This Hotel is very close to all. Station is 5 minutes walk, the direct train to narita airport line it's just 15 minutes walk, the market are close by. For sure I will come back again

We sent our luggage from another place we stayed previously and they helped us to collect it and kept our luggage until we reached the destination. There was luggage storage facilities and the place is located nearby Ikebukuro station about a 5min walk. The stay was comfortable and great for our time in Tokyo

Spacious enough for 2 people for 2 weeks, good walking distance to 2 different stations. All the amenities needed to do laundry, cook, dry clothes etc. Staff were helpful and responsive when we had an issue with the key. Plenty of 24 hour convince stores within a few minutes walk. Basic apartment but really clean and nice to stay in, plus the air con was more than welcome after a long day on your feet. In a lovely little town with shops, restaurants, pharmacy, very quiet and English friendly.

Lovely room with great facilities and very convenient access to the Asakusa Metro line. The coffee shop downstairs was fantastic! They kindly organised our luggage transport and made our stay smooth and very pleasant.
