The location is excellent, unfortunately the beach was covered in seaweed and had a strong smell. View from the balcony, especially for sunset was great. Within walking distance to restaurants, shops, public transport and many attractions. Gym facilities looked good, I did not have time to try them out. Pool area looked nice, and is also due to be upgraded according to signage. Room was quite spacious and had good lighting.

Location is fantastic. Staff where friendly. Cheap motel which was perfect for our week day stay.

The staff are fabulous and the location is good as I needed a last minute cheap room near my mum who'd been in hospital so it was close to her and FMC. It was a budget room and for $100 a night that was fair, It was very clean for its age and there were 2 towels each which is great because this one towel per person at a hotel is crap now, especially if you have long hair.

Clean, cheap and room layout were great. Step up from an Ibis Hotel.

The rooms were clean and tidy... Really tiny for the amount paid. I happened to stay at another hotel close by that was cheaper and larger with everything that was offered at Ibis

If the price was $100 cheaper, would be a good budget hotel close to the eastern edge of the cbd
