Just a 3 minute walk to the beach and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Walkable distance to all the restaurants, waterfront, and local attractions. Fresh and new spacious loft bedroom with bathroom (shower, basin and toilet) Extra length queen and a double bed. Suitable for a couple, small family or 2 singles. Children over 8 welcome (stairs and a balcony) Fair size full kitchen with dining table and seating. Fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric frying pan and air fryer. Outdoor area with seating - weber braai available on request. Allocated parking Downstairs full kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle and electric frying pan. Own patio area with Weber braai on request
