Stylish 2 floor, 2-bedroom, semidetached villas, finished in 2023, sparkling clean, with full kitchen at a centralized location.

My wife Darya and I are operating these cozy townhouses. I was born and raised in Cyprus. My profession is civil engineer, graduated from the University of Arizona. My wife Darya is a housewife, she was born in Kazakhstan. Together we have a lovely daughter Mila who was born in 2022. We as a family love spending time in nature, traveling and meeting new people.

The location of the villas is at a prime location in Alsancak, Kyrenia. There are nice sandy beaches and a 5-star casino hotel, the 'Merit Hotel', within 5 minutes driving distance. At walking distance to the property, you can find markets, pharmacies, and dining areas.
