Ready for an adventure?? The home is just a short drive to Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks Open Space, Cave of the Winds, The North pole, Hot Springs, and so much more! The perfect central location for hiking trails, mountain biking, rockclimbing, sight seeing, and exploring downtown! Drive 2 minutes east and you are downtown. Drive 2 min west and you are in the heart of Old Colorado City. Drive 10 min west and you are in Maintou Springs. Cucharras Park is only a block away, and Midland trail is only 2 blocks away. The neighborhood is filled with a vast array of local businesses; coffee shops, Pikes Peak Library, art galleries, breweries, parks, grocery & convenience stores, and so many unique places in downtown.
