We bought the house in 1996 and have operated it as a bed & breakfast full-time ever since. We are the longest continuously operating B and B innkeepers in the entire Hot Springs area and have worked tirelessly inside and out to make the property the exclusive accommodations you see today. The inn features four rooms that have been individually decorated, including a private bath for each bedroom. Great detail and consideration make this one of the most elegant Bed & Breakfasts around. Back in 1905, this house was one couple's dream home, now well over 118 years later, it is still one couple's dream home!

Friday & Saturday must be booked together! Sorry, but we do not offer check-in's or check-out's on Saturday. Stay at The Gables Inn and walk to all of the Historic downtown attractions including bathhouse row, Quapaw Bathhouse, Buckstaff Bathhouse, Maxwell Blade Theatre of Magic, spas, antique shops, museums, art galleries, unique shops, hiking trails, entertainment, craft beer breweries, casual & fine dining, Hot Springs National Park visitor center & more. This premier bed and breakfast offers luxurious accommodations at an affordable price. With only four guest rooms, this National Register Landmark built in 1905, makes for an intimate setting but with amenities typically found at a Five Star Hotel. Perfect for a romantic wedding, honeymoon anniversary or special getaway. All guest rooms are on the 2nd floor (no elevator).
