Also off the first floor, walk out the large panoramic sliding glass door, leading to a private deck equipped with a gas grill and stunning views of Vermont's Green Mountains. The upper floor has three comfortable bedrooms, all of which feature new beds, while one additionally has a private bathroom and balcony showcasing views of the natural Vermont beauty. There is also a shared bathroom for the other two bedrooms with a walk-in shower. No matter the time of year you choose to visit Vermont, you will enjoy Quechee’s spectacular views, convenience to recreational activities, and the overall ambiance of luxury and seclusion. While offering the best of Vermont vacations, Quechee is convenient to Boston, New York, Albany, cultural and entertainment events, and nearby world-class health care (Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center). It is also centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College). No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
