The full kitchen includes a full suite of appliances and ample counter space to help you prepare a delicious meal each evening. Dine at the dining room table while the kids swing their feet from the three breakfast bar stools. Of course, there's nothing like an alfresco meal, so be sure to take a few out to the furnished deck while enjoying superb water views and the fresh air. When evening falls, you can use the telescope to check out your favorite star constellations before settling into one of the well-appointed bedrooms for a good night's rest. The private washer/dryer keeps chore time at bay, whereas the free WiFi makes it easy to post your favorite memories to social media. There are 2 bikes available for use, 1 surfboard with 1 men's large wetsuit and 1 Playstation 4 with VR headset for entertainment.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
