Split floor plan, high ceilings, tile flooring, open living/kitchen concept, pebble tech heated pool with water feature, artificial turf w/ putt putt, 3 car garage, view of Thunderbird Conservation Park. In garage, pool table, and tennis table, dart board, TV, and at home gym available to guests.

Great neighbors, avoid loud music and less communication with neighbors for privacy reasons. Thunderbird park walking distance and hiking trails behind the property, Water (Hurricane Harbor Phoenix) park 2 miles away, the 500 club golf one mile away. Shopping centers 2 miles away.
