Modern, bigger than expected; very clean. Had everything you need to cook in the kitchen and a grill on the balcony. Bedroom had a huge walk-in closet. Only about 4 blocks to walk to Link light rail.

The townhouse is modern and clean. It is only a couple blocks walking distance to get to the light rail. You can then get on the monorail and get downtown Seattle. The host was very helpful and prompt in responding.

Property info

New construction townhome in the heart of the Columbia City neighborhood of Seattle. 2 blocks from the light rail makes for easy access to the airport, stadiums, downtown, capitol hill, and Seattle Center (Climate Pledge Arena and the Space Needle) via the monorail. There are also incredible restaurants, cafes, and breweries all within a few blocks walking distance. Free street parking with no time limit if you choose to drive.

Neighborhood info

Columbia City is an amazing and historic neighborhood. Walk to Coffeeholic House or Empire Roasters & Records for coffee, Super Six for Brunch, Tutta Bella for lunch, Island Soul Rum Bar & Soul Shack or La Medusa for dinner, and Molly Moon's Ice Cream for dessert. After dessert head to NW Peaks Brewery or Hill City Taphouse for beers, Twilight Rainier for cocktails, and The Royal Room Seattle for live music. All withing walking distance! Seward Park is a gorgeous park a mile east. It's right on Lake Washington and has beaches and a walking path around it. See if you can spot any of the resident Bald Eagles! The light rail is definitely the best way to get around as it can get you all over the city. The Columbia City station is only two blocks away. If you'd prefer to drive - there is plenty of free street parking in front of the townhome. It is not zoned so there are no time limits. If you are unable to find free street parking I have a large driveway you can use as well - just message me!
