Located in the heart of charming Glen Arbor, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is the perfect home base for an exciting and memorable family trip! Enjoy being within walking distance to downtown Glen Arbor, restaurants, shops, tennis courts, playground, Lake Michigan, and Glen Lake. The deck on the back of the home provides guests with a great spot for alfresco dining and hosting warm-weather barbecues. Gather around the firepit in the backyard and roast s'mores while telling spooky stories or simply sharing a great time with your loved ones under the starry night sky. Inside, the living area features plenty of inviting sofas surrounding a wood stove - this is the perfect gathering spot, especially during the winter months. The spacious and well-appointed kitchen will be a cook's delight with all the great appliances available. There is a den with a TV with cable and a sleeper sofa just off the living room. Besides the main living space, the main floor also features a bathroom/laundry room with a convenient washer/dryer. The first and second bedrooms are located upstairs, while the third bedroom is located in the attached garage apartment. The fourth bedroom is right above the garage with two comfortable beds. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
