A Perfect Single-Story Waterfront Retreat! Situated on a quiet 2+acre waterfront lot, this home is perfect for active families and friends alike. The deep water dock (MLW 4') invites you to crab, fish, or rent a boat and explore Leeds Creek out into the Miles River. The sunroom and screened porch overlook the backyard pool and waterside fire pit. With plenty of water views from inside, you'll feel perfectly at home in the spacious living space as well as the abundant outdoor space. Talbot County License ST-969-LEE PROPERTY FEATURES: Waterfront: Leeds Creek Dock: 100ft with 4ft MLW, water and electricity. Water Toys: 1 canoe is available for guest use. To ensure proper life jacket sizing, please bring your own or we can recommend a local rental agency. Pool: Swimming pools are open from May 15 - October 15. Be sure to bring your own pool towels. Firepit: Firewood is not provided. Grill: Propane grill. Propane is provided. Pet Friendly: Owner will consider pets, call reservations at 443.664.4039 to inquire.
