Property information

Enjoy this beautifully furnished 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit which has been completely renovated.  Situated on the ground floor, it leads to easy access to the property grounds and the ocean. Relax on the spacious lanai while taking in the sights of the great Pacific Ocean.  The tropical décor is comfortable and well presented.   Tile through out, granite counters in the kitchen, beautiful tiled walk-in shower, and 2 flat screen TV's - one in the living area and the other in the bedroom.  There is a Queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living area for additional sleeping up to 4 guests. *Kona Reef performing spalling on "A" building starting 2/3/26-3/31/26. Lanais will be inaccessible, there will be noise and dust from construction. Parking will be limited. Complex work is permitted Mondays-Fridays. Please inquire for more information about entire complex project. This unit has air conditioning in the living area as well as in the bedroom.  The kitchen offers appliances and a washer/dryer.  Kona Reef condominiums are comprised of 130 units in 6 separate buildings. For your convenience, there is an elevator in the complex, however there are stairs involved to get to the unit after using the elevator.  Honl's beach is adjacent to Kona Reef with its brilliant white sand and sunbathing. Strong swimmers in calmer sea conditions, often snorkel in the ocean a few steps from the condo to see some of the most colorful fish you will ever see. The complex offers an oceanfront pool with tiled decks, hot tub(spa), BBQ area with grills, plus shower/toilets near pool.  Free open parking covered and other uncovered, on the property is available.   Conveniently located within walking distance (less than half a mile) to Kona Town that offers shopping, restaurants/bars, activity booths, and Aloha along the way.  One mile to the Ironman start and finish. Minimum night varies seasonally 4 -10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no pets are allowed.

Need-to-know information for guests at this property

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property manager within 48 hours of booking. If the agreement is not received, the reservation may be canceled. The guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation if they pass the 48 hour time frame.

Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 08:00:00. A 25% deposit and completed Guest Reservation Application are required for booking confirmation. Final payment is due 60 days before arrival. Reservations may be canceled for late payment or extenuating circumstances (e.g. double bookings, property sale, or emergency repairs).

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
