We are based in Miami, Florida, and we began our journey in September 2020 with our inaugural boutique hotel, "The Julia Hotel," nestled in the vibrant atmosphere of Miami Beach. Since then, we have expanded significantly, now managing over 600 units spread across various destinations throughout the United States.

"It's important to note that we do not have a front desk available 24/7. Our front desk operates during the morning shift from 9 am to 4 pm every day. For self-check-in, check-in instructions will be sent through the Booking chat before 3 pm. Should you encounter any problems or emergencies, please don't hesitate to contact us via telephone or through the Booking chat."

The Suite is located in the highly desirable South Of Fifth Area, just steps from the Ocean. There are numerous restaurants and bars that are within blocks from the property. Locals' favorites include: Nikki Beach for a vibey beach experience; Big Pink for casual American breakfast/lunch; Story for nightclubbers; Prime 112, Estiatorio Milos, Papi Steak for authentic top notch cuisines. Pharmacy and laundry are also a block away from the property.
