Make the switch to Island Time and unwind with this beautifully decorated Maui condominium. Hololani (which is Hawaiian for “Heaven”) is an oceanfront condominium resort located in Kahana, an area on the western shores of Maui. Guest amenities include a free assigned parking spot, a heated ocean front pool, and BBQ area. Hololani does not charge any resort fees and is within walking distance to several beaches, shops and restaurants. There are very few places that have this kind of waterfront views, easy reserved parking and modern amenities throughout. Once you experience Hololani A402, you will likely return year after year. *Please Note: Hololani is undergoing an above-ground waterproofing & spalling repair scheduled to start March 27, 2023 and complete around December 15th, 2023 (these dates are subject to change). This may affect garage parking for guests - you will need to obtain a parking pass for parking at the Royal Kahana next door. Parking passes are issued in the Ohana Room. Access to units, elevators, and stairs will be maintained during construction. Hololani A402 does not have A/C, is a 2-bedroom- 2-bath condo located on the 4th floor, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Hololani offers their guests elevator access, so getting to this 4th floor condo is easy.

Enjoy the expansive private lanai boating magical ocean views. Large slider doors open out to the oversized lanai, creating the ultimate Hawaii living experience. A fabulous spot to entertain with an abundance of space to dine and lounge Maui style! While on the lanai, sip a cup of Maui grown coffee while you take in the sights, smells and sounds of paradise. In the evenings, you’ll be privy to some epic sunsets over the Pacific. Relax and unwind in the open concept living area featuring Hawaiian inspired decor and furnishings, a flat screen TV and a large, comfortable sectional sofa that converts to a Queen size bed for extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect spot to make all your meals in house. Just bring groceries. The front bedroom features a comfortable King size bed and magnificent ocean views. Open the slider doors from your lanai access and lull yourself to sleep at night with the sounds of the ocean. This bedroom is separated by a retractable sliding door connected to the living room. The ensuite bathroom is bright and airy and features a large, walk in shower. The second bedroom is just across the hall and also features a King size bed and private access through the sliding glass door and out to the public walkway. The ensuite bathroom features a tub/shower combo. The condo includes a washer and dryer and ceiling fans in every room! My Perfect Stays will provide a cooler as well as a complementary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap as well as a starter kit of essentials. This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.
