This is an amazing property that can accommodate at least 8 people. We furnished this house with new furniture, appliances, landscaping, Etc… to make it an incredible rental property. We have direct access to Brimstone Recreation and we are only about 10 minutes from Ride Royal Blue. We are also very close to Big South Fork National Park & Knoxville & about an hour and half from Pigeon Forge.
I’m Megan and I’m a wife, mom, business owner, & real estate investor. This particular property is very special to me because it once belonged to my brother who passed away a few years ago. He actually built most of the home himself so it’s very important to me to make this house a successful rental property & I’ll every thing in my power to make sure our guests have an incredible stay so they will come back again & again!
This house is located in a very safe neighborhood. The neighbors are very good people and there is actually another house in the neighborhood that does short term rentals. The best thing is that the neighborhood is very close to Brimstone Recreation. So if you come to ride then you can drive your ATV straight to the trails.
