Privately tucked away, yet close freeways, shopping and fun beach activities. This home is fully equipped with central heat among other comfortable amenities we enjoy, and we know you will too. Enjoy the sea breeze from our patio right in to the comforts of home as it all flows together like the ocean. Each room has touches of the ocean brining you closer to this lovely beach community. We've stocked the condo with most of the essentials to make any length of stay comfortable. HD mounted Smart TV's with Netflix and Hulu included. High speed wifi suitable for all needs. Including fully stocked kitchen supplies and utensils. Keurig and biodegradable coffee pods, Washer and dryer on site as well as a the condo's laundry mat. Our heated community pool, is regularly cleaned and wonderful to take a dip in.

I am thrilled to welcome guests from around the world! I was born in Ecuador, South America and moved to California. I am passionate about real estate, food, coffee and traveling. Besides my real estate career I worked on issues of mutual interest to our constituents such as water, energy efficiency, transportation, homelessness issues, climate action and much more. You Are Invited To Visit Dana Point! Capistrano beach is charming neighborhood of Dana Point, California bordering San Clemente, and San Juan Capistrano. You can explore the beach, trails, parks, theaters, shops, boutiques, bakeries, grocery stores, farmers market, music festival as well as restaurants, bars and night clubs in the neighboring communities. Surfing: Doheny State Beach, Salt Creek Beach, Capistrano Beach are all great beaches with excellent breaks. Hiking: The Dana Point headlands conservation area is quite beautiful and well maintained. But there are dozens of amazing trails close by and the All Trails app will help you find them. Whale/Dolphin watching: Dana Point is considered the Whale watching capitol of the world. As humpback whales, grey whales, blue whales and many other species migrate through our coastline. Dolphins frequent the waves of Capistrano beach. This destination offers everything from sunset wine cruises and luxury spas to surfing and ocean view golfing.
