Remodel Duplex, two bedrooms, two bathrooms fully furnished, your washer & dryer, kitchen leaving room, totally fenced yard. This Duplex is in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to downtown for any meeting or night out but far enough to avoid traffic and noise. Don't worry if you arrive late, I will have a basket with water & popcorn.

Hi, welcome to my listing. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Freeway access is close by, and downtown and the airport are less than 10 minutes away. This duplex is located in a quiet neighborhood. A community health center is right on a corner, and a Mexican restaurant is in the left corner. Supermarkets, stores, and parks are within walking distance.
