Step through your front door and into a sunlit and open great room with a well-equipped, full kitchen on one side and a cozy living area on the other. The kitchen offers a suite of stainless steel appliances, utensils, dishes, and plenty of other accessories to make meal prep easy. Dine at the intimate breakfast bar, gather around the nearby dining table, or head out to your furnished deck in warm weather for the perfect alfresco experience. Back indoors, the inviting living area offers comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, central heating, a desk and chair in the main bedroom, and a front-facing balcony on the top-floor. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
