You'll have four decks to choose from, as well as a 21-foot dock - so bring your boat! In this ideal West Ocean City location, you'll be just across the way from the public boat launch and one mile from the historic Ocean City Boardwalk. White Marlin Mall is right across the street and Assateague Island is within an easy drive. The spacious main floor features plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the incredibly inviting setting. Unwind in the living room and watch your favorite shows on TV or curl up on the couch with a good book. The group's chef will love the well-equipped kitchen which has the amenities you'll need to make anything from a small snack to entire meals. Enjoy the fruits of your labor together in the dining area. Afterward, head out onto the deck and lounge while taking in the pleasant scenery and the crisp Maryland air. The enormous primary bedroom suite has its own large private deck; two more bedrooms have their own decks as well. RESORT AMENITIES -Pool THINGS TO KNOW There is a shallow water slip (dock 49) that fits a maximum 21-foot boat. To use the boat slip, please provide the first and last name of the person renting the home and the first and last name of the boat's owner. This home features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. The owner provides one pool pass (which cannot be guaranteed; there is a 50 dollars charge if it is lost). No smoking and no pets allowed.
