“1. 住宿地點方便，台中高鐵有直達的公車。 2. 地點在一中街周圍，相較之下較為安靜，但鄰近大馬路，仍會聽到部分車聲。 3. 走廊有提供公共飲水機。”

“就在一早夜市旁，位置對喜歡逛夜市的旅客是絕佳地點。設施不是絕佳，但是該有的都有。有開車的在旁邊有很大的地下室停車場，可以用24小時無限次進出，費用390元。”

“房價便宜，房間應該重新裝潢過很新很乾淨。 某幾層樓有飲水機供水，浴室基本上沒有乾濕分離功能但地板很快就乾了。 樓下是益民一中商圈停車場平日每小時50元不便宜，可買停車券或路邊停車。”
