“離勝利星村蠻近的，但勝利星村很大區，我是隔天才知道自己逛錯區🤣（熱鬧的在另一邊） 雖然是老宅但沒有異味，而且意外的沒有蚊子小強好險🤣（有附電蚊拍），空間很大設備簡簡單單的。 我最困擾的是沒電視，但這樣蠻適合想內觀自己的人🤣 安安靜靜的😝 屏東真的超級熱，還好冷氣夠冷也新，沒有異味，熱水快、水壓強💯 位子不難找，屋主也有附影片，所以還ok 雖然我每次回去都會轉錯邊，還好路口的阿姨們會親切的主動即時告知你方向🤣 有飲水機、‘’大‘’冰箱。”

“很喜歡老房子，尤其空間整理得整潔清爽簡約不花俏(沒有過度裝潢)，有輕鬆的居家感覺。 設施很齊全，還有院子可以晾衣服、毛巾，很乾爽、方便。 一層樓、屋頂設有旋轉式通風扇，通風良好。 公共空間寬敞舒適。 地點很好，走路就可以玩很多地方。我們連住了三晚。”

“老房子整理的很乾淨也很舒服，雖然是老房子但除了結構上沒辦法克服的隔音問題以外，其他環境都整理的很好。有什麼問題馬上電話聯絡都可以立刻處理蠻方便的，附近也蠻多停車場的，雖然不能停在門口，但不用走很遠。”
