“房內整潔度滿分，浴室有乾濕分離，電視螢幕不管是房間內的還是交誼廳的都很大，還有電動麻將桌及KTV可以玩，冷氣搭配風扇使用能更快讓房間降溫，公用廚房設備齊全，會自己煮的話有很多器材可以嘗試，房東好溝通，有問題詢問都可以快速獲得解答”

“真的是超級滿意，我們9個人包棟，從屋主親切入住接待那一刻起，都是溫馨，乾淨、安靜，設施完善，電動麻將桌，卡拉ok音響系統很棒，有微波爐、電磁爐、餐具，也有免洗餐具，餅乾點心包，茶包，衛生紙餐巾紙也很充足，感受到屋主的貼心，最驚喜的是一樓超大型垃圾桶，有一般垃圾與與回收，及大型落地式飲水機，離礁溪市區10分鐘內，值得再來。”

“我們分配到79二樓後面無山景房，房間乾淨、環境清幽、停車方便且離市中心近，水壓水量大、與屋主聯絡迅速且順暢。夜間11：30左右有其他房客進出聲音較明顯，其他wifi訊號較弱且不穩、無第四台與衣架，離開前飲水機呈現8888無法出水使用（前一晚還行的）”
