“1.走路約20-30分可達花蓮火車站"後站"，附近有醫院及學校，所以生活機能及飲食都很方便。 2.窗景可以看到層疊山巒和雲霧繚繞，很美，又安靜，很舒服；可開窗通風、有紗窗、也很乾淨！ 3.老闆娘及櫃檯人員都很親切熱情，有什麼需求提出都很熱心協助，並設置掃描QRcode55688定位叫車，貼心旅客。 4.冷氣也可調成暖氣，衛浴蓮蓬頭熱水、水龍頭、衣架...等設備狀態都很良好。”

“民宿位置在熱鬧的區域，停車場就在民宿的對面，很方便。加上老闆娘很親切，還主動打電話問我們幾點會抵達民宿，要事先幫我們把房間的冷氣開啓。抵達民宿時，老闆娘主動和客人話家常聊天，讓人觀感很好，而且房間也很乾淨整潔，下次再來花蓮，會想再次入住。”
