“客房乾淨、地理位置優越鬧中取靜，早餐是摩斯漢堡要自行預約兌換。 缺點：熱水蓮蓬頭水壓小，洗頭要洗很久。”

“早餐不錯ˋ，需要預定，才不需等很久，若可以改中式早餐卷更好。 床鋪偏硬但還算舒適，不曉得是枕頭偏硬還是其他原因，導致影響到睡民，房間安靜。但是，因暑假關係，會聽到小孩嬉鬧的聲音，但不影響睡眠。”

“門口有停車場，前一天有打來問需不需要保留車位。 門口有一串典型中式飯店的台階。櫃檯人員很親切，有特別說明水溫需放水後才會熱。詢問公共湯池的位子也會附上地圖，要走過馬路約3分鐘。公共露天浴池是裸湯，裡面都是在地阿姨阿嬤，設備是80年代感，泡了10分鐘就撤退。前面靠馬路的工地就是在蓋新的浴池，期待完工的時候。 房間很好，電器卡沒跟鑰匙綁一起很方便。冷氣是新式變頻冷氣，過敏鼻測試ok，不過位子對著床頭得調一下風向。浴缸簡單但乾淨，毛巾也是。評論中的大桌子真的很大，電視下的冰箱櫃面也很寬，不怕東西...”

“位置地點絕佳！就在湯圍溝公園旁邊，四周很熱鬧但是又不吵，晚上休息時幾乎沒有聽到什麼噪音。 雖然整體外觀看起來很有年代感但是房間內明亮乾淨無異味，床很好睡。 除了瓶裝水之外也有飲水機可以裝熱水，大廳還提供迎賓咖啡。服務人員親切有禮，住宿停車免停車費很方便。 早餐附摩斯漢堡餐券，可以提前晚上就先去預約取餐時間。 樓下新設的湯屋裝潢很舒適，有新客體驗優惠。泡完超放鬆，沒住宿也會想來泡。”

“接待人員非常和善，還會幫忙解決問題。 雖然飯店年代較久，但是乾淨整潔，浴室就有溫泉泡澡，也有免費停車場，還有日式浴池。 這家飯店也是20幾年前，第一次去礁溪住的飯店，對飯店的老闆娘和藹可親的接待和服務，心裡充滿感動！”

“設備雖然有年紀了，但都還堪用無故障，液晶電視清晰，床也很好睡，房間就有溫泉，甚至衛浴設備都還是「TOTO」的；打掃的整潔度沒話說，地點好停車方便，櫃台和氣有禮貌，要泡戶外也會給湯屋劵，早餐摩斯漢堡用餐自由，國旅飯店中算CP值高！”

“床好睡。地點就在湯圍溝溫泉公園角落，不會太吵，穿過公園就是熱鬧有餐廳有伴手禮店的地方。設備老舊，但打掃算乾淨的。”
