“櫃檯男女員工服務很好，會幫忙叫計程車，也會提供一些台南當地有名的景點和拌手禮訊息，進出飯店時，男員工都會很迅速的跑來幫忙開門，人很客氣。房間很大，一樓大廳有飲水機和咖啡包可泡，飯店離亞太國際棒球中心滿近的，早餐比較普通，但可以吃到飽。”

“住宿的環境清潔又舒適，冷氣很強喔，旁邊有停車位數量不多，價位合理CP值很高，來台南會選擇再入住。早餐雖然選擇不多，但還是可以吃飽的。有商務中心可以使用電腦，少許的健身器才可使用。房間內有燙衣服的設備以及體重機，這是很少見的。”

“1、電梯會有服務人員幫忙控制服務開關 2、床鋪軟硬適中、枕頭睡著舒適、房間乾淨整潔 3、水量充沛且熱水很快就有 4、離台南科技應用大學近，附近美食小吃很多 5、因個人吃早齋，飯店早餐菜色豐富有顧及到葷素食的人 6、餐廳分3區很有特色，第一區有電視和餐飲，這算是餐廳主區；第二區比較大間，有擺放健身器材（重量訓練、跑步機、腳踏車）；第三區是半戶外區，有很多真實的綠色植物，且可以看街景。”
