“城南館真的很新，房間設備都很棒。 早餐雖然早了一點送來（6點左右），但是還有熱熱的。謝謝！ 房間內的電視是網路電視，對不太熟網路電視的年長者來說不太好用。但對熟悉網路電視者而言，超讚！！（我就追了好幾集的電視影集，哈哈） 城南區不太好找，但是環境非常安靜。”

“由於這次我是單獨去拜訪當地的朋友！但910城南館，給我安排了四人房，非常寬敞！價格也算合理！覺得非常舒服，雖然沒有免治馬桶，但是廁所乾淨、還有很好的乾燥空調、電視還能看Ｎetflix覺得很不賴！而且布置得很漂亮！有小陽台、沙發也相當舒適、乾淨！下次來花蓮玉里鎮會讓我想再次入住！非常感恩　 可惜的部分是因為我當晚滿晚check in！房管人員很快解說完就走了！不過很貼心的還是有為我快速導覽環境，也讓陪同我的朋友能夠在民宿稍作逗留，十分感謝　：）”
