Very spacious apartment (60m2) in the centre fully air-conditioned. Newly built in 2022. Bus stop 50m, airport 10km, shopping centre and restaurants right outside the door. A bedroom and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with separate dining room.
