If you open it, close it If you turn it on, turn it off If you unlock it, lock it If you break it, fix it If you can´t fix it, call someone who can If you borrow it, return it If you use it, take care of it If you make a mess, clean it up If you move it, put it back what goes around comes around and so on:) On the premises separated to the main house there is an extra private separate loft with a double bed and bathroom available to rent for 1000kr / night Bedlinen and towels are available for 150 SEK / set The electricity cost is paid with SEK 3 / KW Boat for rent, but better to request in advance to make sure it´s available . 300kr/day - motor. 500kr/day + motor or 2500kr/week motor included Final cleaning is 2,000kr, but can be done by yourself ( Garbage such as glas, cartons etc is the guest responsibility to bring to the nearest recycling station and is not included in the final cleaning.) If you choose to clean by yourself there will be inspection prior to your check out, but we still wish for you to truly feel at home in this place and be respectful and treat the house as yours regardless. Even if you choose to pay for cleaning we ask you kindly to leave the house in a respectful manners. If the house is left in very poor manners an extra fee can come to be added. This accommodation does not except groups of young people. Furry friends are very welcome. The law requires that dogs be kept on a leash at all times when on public property and cannot swim in the public beaches. While on private property, dogs must be under control of their owners.
