Naš stan se nalazi u jednom od najstarijih delova grada na samo 15 minuta peške od centra i manje od 10 minuta peške do Keja, šetališta pored Dunava. Autobuska i železnička stanica su udaljene 20 minuta peške, a svega nekoliko metara od stana se nalazi stanica za javni gradski prevoz koji vozi do svih većih i značajnijih delova grada. Ispred zgrade je veći market Idea i manji market Mikromarket. Ispred zgrade se nalazi i veliko dečije igralište, tako da je ovaj stan idealan za porodice sa decom. Dostupan je besplatan javni parking ispred i u okolini zgrade. Naš stan je u potpunosti opremljen svim neophodnim električnim uređajima kao što je TV, klima uređaj, šporet, veliki frižider, mikrotalasna, mašina za pranje veša, fen za sušenje kose. U kuhinji se nalazi sav neophodan pribor za ručavanje i pripremu hrane. Na raspolaganju su veliki i mali peškiri.
