Welcome to our modern, fully-equipped apartment—perfect for couples, business travelers, and adventurers looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city. The apartment is fully furnished and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay, whether you're here for a night or an extended visit. Thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home, it’s bright, clean, and features modern touches. Everything you need is within reach, and our team is always available for any assistance or recommendations you may need.
The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just steps away from St. Sava Park. In the park, you'll find the Church of Emperor Constantine and Empress Helena, a beautiful children's playground, as well as a variety of cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and 24-hour convenience stores. Just a short walk away is a bus stop with city buses running every 5 minutes to the city center. Only 50 meters away is the so-called "Boulevard Market," and just 300 meters further is the Delta Planet shopping mall. Also within 300 meters, you’ll find the Clinical Center of Niš and the National Museum "Ćele Kula."
