Apartman Spark se nalazi u strogom centru grada! Ispod apartmana na nekih 10m, nalaze se prodavnica, brza i zdrava hrana, trafika, kafic, restoran. Na 200m udaljenosti nalazi se Stop Shop. Apartman ima svoje parking mesto besplatno naravno. S’ obzirom da je u samom centru grada, stan je u mirnom delu zgrade koji vam pruza potpuni mir i ugodjaj. Na nekih 20 metara nalazi se BB CLINIC za vantelesnu oplodnju.
