Objekat se nalazi u mirnoj ulici, prva, paralelno sa glavnom, 1 km od centra grada, 400 m od Aqua parka. U blizini je nekoliko manjih restorana, pekare, piljare, prodavnice i jedan drakstor. Na 600 m je Tržni centar Vivo i veliki park sa vodopadom i restoranom Potok, kao i ZOO vrt. Zavičajni muzej Jagodina sa bogatim zbirkama: arheološkim, prirodnjačkim, umetničkim i istorijskim je u glavnoj ulici, blizu centra grada, nekoliko minuta od Apatmana. Na Đurđevom brdu, 1 km od apartmana je atraktivno jezero nastalo u kamenolomu, a u okolini su i planine Crni vrh i Juhor. Lepa priroda u okolini, manastiri i znamenito mesta, daju mogućnost organizovanja izleta i upotpunjavanja boravka u Jagodini, bilo da ste u nju došli zbog odmora, zabave ili posla...
