Santa Teresa is the best location in Asunción near the corporate area. The apartment has a unique 50m2 terrace with mini golf and a beautiful view at sunrise. Pool, sauna, gym, jacuzzi, private offices, playroom, reading room. It also has two fully equipped BBQ areas. Guard 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
