Best guest, In 2024 I started Quinta Aurora in Portugal. A dream that I have lived has finally been realized. After an 18-month world trip in a 4x4 with a rooftop tent, Quinta Aurora means living in a tent with freedom and nature. I also live in one of the Auroras. A lifetime experience! A stay in one of the 3 Auroras will bring you back to the Bedouin tents from the Middle East in style and experience. In this way, two movements from the past come together. The safari tents from Africa of the scientific pioneers there and the tents as the Arabs use them to this day. Experience a stay that brings together vast nature, a unique view, serene tranquility and 300 days of sunshine. Enjoy a good book with a glass of wine, freshly ordered fish on the beach, golfing in Espische or a day out in the beautiful rural area. Welcome to Quinta Aurora.

Neighbourhood information

Quinta Aurora is located within walking distance (200 meters) in Burgau in the north of the National Park of Portugal (Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano). The well-maintained park offers, among other things, many walking routes over the cliffs along the oceans and sandy beaches. Burgau (Santorini in Portugal) located in the north of the Triangle (Lagos - Sagres- Aljezur) in the western Algarve. An idyllic fishing village located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. Burgau has a beautiful sandy beach, many restaurants and other amenities. From the lively village of Burgau there is a direct connection to the nearby villages and towns of Luz, Sagres, Salema, Espiche and Lagos. Pristine golden beaches, orange-red rocks, dark green olive trees, a refreshing turquoise blue sea and sun all year round: everything you could wish for from an ideal holiday destination.
