Quinta do Circo
The name "Quinta do Circo" derives from "Quinta do Cerco", Cerco means shepherd´s paths. The convenience of language led people to use "Circo" instead of "Cerco" and, for centuries was called Quinta do Circo, so will continue.
My name is Bruno Abelho, i am the property manager. Quinta do Circo is owned by my parents, Joseph and Gracinda who are ready to welcome you with all the friendliness and helpfulness that you need.
The Balcony of the Shepherds and the grandiosity of Serra da Estrela that stand before us; the hills carved in terraces, still are used for agriculture; the canadas (shepher´s paths) still well marked that lead us to the top of the mountain.
