Charming flat for 4 people located in downtown Lisbon in the neighborhood - Intendente. In a 18th century building, close to subway and tram 28 stops, and with a fantastic view over a traditional street of Lisbon, the flat has 1 bedroom and its equipped with all the amenities you need for your stay. This modern one bed room apartment is really a totally renovated space. The exterior architecture recalls the nineteenth century while the interior of this apartment was rebuilt from scratch containing the most modern features and details. You can also enjoy a TV with internet access and Netflix app. The kitchen is full of all the elements needed to prepare meals as well as a Nespresso machine! It also has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven and various kitchen tools.

The flat is located in the heart of Intendente and Mouraria, that is one of the trendiest and coolest neighborhood in downtown Lisbon. This area has been undergoing tremendous renovations and in the last few years has seen its historic buildings converted into trendy shops, cafes and bars. Intendente and Mouraria also attracts young artists and young families that choose to live in this neighborhood due its central location and near neighborhoods like Alfama, Baixa, Castelo, Graça and Chiado. You won't need any transportation as there places are in a walking distance.
