This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. 5 minutes to the airport. 30 minutes to the Yunque Rainforest. Located in the heart of Isla Verde this studio will be completely yours!! Is a 14th floor with a stunning oceanview and has DIRECT ACCESS TO BEACH, just go down the elevator to the back and there is the beach. It has one queen bed and a sofabed. It also has private parking located underground.***pool is closed due to renovations***
You can get around by renting a car,uber or taxi. We have free parking on premises on the underground floor. We are the only building with direct access to the beach. There is plenty of nightlife around. Ten minutes ride is la placita de santurce a nice spot at night to hang out. Also there is old san juan in a 15 minute ride. Our complex is five minutes from the airport. 45 minutes ride to El Yunque rainforest. 1 hour ride to the East Coast were you can take a water taxi to Palomino Island or Icaco Island were crystal clear water are waiting for you. There is plenty to do around.
